  • Hours: 8:30am - 4:36pm, Monday - Friday

A full time temporary Administration Officer role has become available within a reputable business located in Rocklea. This position is initially 3 months in length, but may be extended for the right person. Starting ASAP, this role will be responsible for:

  • Answering the phone in a prompt and professional manner, and transferring calls when necessary
  • Greeting on-site clients/visitors and directing them to appropriate staff
  • Entering of supplier invoices into the accounting system
  • Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Contacting clients and ensuring sales invoices are paid within company trading terms
  • Assisting with marketing material
  • Quality assurance maintenance
  • General administration/housekeeping duties

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous reception/accounts experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Previous Xero Accounting Software experience is also highly regarded
