A temporary Administration Officer position has become available within a highly reputable business located in Ipswich. Starting ASAP, this role will be providing a range of administrative support functions in a high volume work environment, such as:
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Processing and recording invoices and setting up new suppliers
- Data entry for timesheets and providing payroll support as required
- General administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high level of accuracy in keyboarding (minimum 30wpm @ 98% accuracy)
- Sound computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Kronos)
- Ability to multitask and manage high volume workloads
