A temporary Administration Officer position has become available within a highly reputable business located in Ipswich. Starting ASAP, this role will be providing a range of administrative support functions in a high volume work environment, such as:

  • Answering phones and handling enquiries
  • Processing and recording invoices and setting up new suppliers
  • Data entry for timesheets and providing payroll support as required
  • General administrative tasks as required

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of accuracy in keyboarding (minimum 30wpm @ 98% accuracy)
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Kronos)
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volume workloads
