A leading aged care provider in the Ipswich region is urgently seeking an experienced Roster Administrator to join their well established and professional team in the Ipswich area.
This permanent full-time Rostering Administrator will be responsible for the:
- Preparation of fortnightly rosters
- Checking of timesheets and co-ordinating leave approvals with management
In addition, you will provide administration support to the Workforce Co-ordinator by:
- Posting advertisements for new job vacancies
- Preparing employment documentation and other business documents
- Organising and booking training programs for new employees and existing employees
- Data entry and system maintenance of employee information (including employment and training records)
- Recordkeeping
- General administration support as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you should ideally demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience in an aligned role (within a HR environment is highly advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience with high volume rostering
- Confidence learning and using a range of computer systems (including intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
- Well developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
