A leading aged care provider in the Ipswich region is urgently seeking an experienced Roster Administrator to join their well established and professional team in the Ipswich area.

This permanent full-time Rostering Administrator will be responsible for the:

  • Preparation of fortnightly rosters
  • Checking of timesheets and co-ordinating leave approvals with management

In addition, you will provide administration support to the Workforce Co-ordinator by:

  • Posting advertisements for new job vacancies
  • Preparing employment documentation and other business documents
  • Organising and booking training programs for new employees and existing employees
  • Data entry and system maintenance of employee information (including employment and training records)
  • Recordkeeping
  • General administration support as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you should ideally demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience in an aligned role (within a HR environment is highly advantageous but not essential).
  • Previous experience with high volume rostering
  • Confidence learning and using a range of computer systems (including intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Well developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
