A permanent full time role has become available with a national award winning Australian owned manufacturing business that supplies to the concreting and mining sectors.

The business is expanding across Australia and other global markets and is seeking an experienced Administrator that can support office operations.

Duties include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service (telephone and in person)
  • Creating and managing job folders and associated documentation
  • Preparing brochures and other marketing material
  • Assisting with invoicing receipting in ERP software (Exo Biz)
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • General administration tasks to support the team


To be considered for this role, it is important that you can demonstrate:

  • Previous administration, reception and customer service experience within a busy office environment
  • Confidence learning and using technology (including an intermediate level of MS Office and previous experience in EXO Business would be advantageous)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player approach with proven time management skills to organise your workload and meet deadlines
  • Accurate keyboarding skills
