We are seeking a motivated and accurate data entry officer for a temporary engagement with a Queensland Government Department Application Team for approximately 4 weeks (with possible extension) located in the Brisbane CBD commence ASAP.
Duties will include:
Processing new licence applications received including high volume data entry into systems, querying information with clients as required and associated administrative duties including scanning, archiving, emailing and sending payment requests.
You will also be required to assist and perform functions within the customer contact team (call team) on a rotational basis. You will initiate correspondence requesting further information which may result in the grant, refusal or cancellation of applications under the relevant legislation and the preparation of correspondence and reports as required.
This role requires a team player who will contribute to the achievement of the Division’s goals and targets.
To be considered, you will ideally demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous high volume data entry and process of time sensitive applications
- The ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
