We are urgently seeking an experienced AO3 Business Support Officer for a temporary assignment within a government department located in Sippy Downs, commencing ASAP.
Duties will include providing business support to the office, such as:
- Data entry
- Monitoring an email inbox and actioning and forwarding emails as required
- Maintaining systems and client information
- Preparing and sending correspondence
- General administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous administrative experience
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound keyboarding skills
- Intermediate computing skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel), and the ability to pick up new databases and systems quickly
