A permanent full-time opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant, working with a well-established and highly reputable professional accounting firm located at Darra.  With over 40 years history, this is a business that has continued to grow and diversity whilst remaining committed to exceptional client service.

Duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team including liaising with clients, preparing business correspondence and collating financial documents.
  • Maintaining online Client Portal (facilitating signatures and correspondence with clients).
  • Assisting other members of the administration team with tasks and providing backup reception support.

Previous experience within administration is preferred, however, an entry-level opportunity (supported by a training program) will be considered for the right person if you are starting out in your career and motivated to develop your skills.  You should also demonstrate:

  • Well-developed written communication skills with high attention to detail (as this role will involve drafting basic correspondence, you will need to demonstrate sound English skills including punctuation and grammar).
  • Interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (in particular, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook), together with a demonstrated ability to learn and use different technology.
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to organize your workload to meet competing timelines.
