A great opportunity has become available to get your foot in the door locally with a global company located in the Ipswich area. Starting as a temporary assignment, there is high potential that this role will be advertised permanently in the future.
This ASX business works with blue chip clients (including mining, construction, energy and water infrastructure) providing consulting, engineering and maintenance services for industrial assets and capital projects.
Working as part of the accounts team, this role will provide accounts receivable and administration support, including:
- Customer invoicing and cost coding (ensuring all line entries completed which may include time spent on a job, various parts and materials, travel and accommodation charges etc).
- Account / invoice reconciliation and associated invoice tasks.
- Receipting payments.
- Raising purchase orders.
- General administrative support to the team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
- Solid accounts receivable and administration experience.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook) with proven experience using finance systems (Pronto or Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly advantageous but not essential) and confidence learning new technology.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with a client service focus.
- Team player approach with well-developed time management skills with a proven ability to manage your workload effectively to meet competing deadlines.
- Availability to commence 09/09/2024 preferred.
