A long-established manufacturing and distribution business is seeking a Production Hands to support its operations. The organisation operates a warehouse and production facility supplying blended products to a broad customer base, with operations both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand tipping 20–25 kg bags into one-ton bulk bags for mixing
- Picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending
- Identifying and escalating safety and quality issues or risks
- General cleaning, housekeeping, and yard operations
About You:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Reliable (own transport), proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and growing organisation in a hands-on production environment. Initially, the role is temporary; however, there is the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
