A temporary assignment has become available with a Queensland Government department delivering industry-relevant training throughout the state. Availability to work full-time – 5 days per week, between Ipswich and Inala locations.
This role will focus on providing administration support for enrolments, including:
- Receiving student/enrolment enquiries (via CRM/Email).
- Looking up course information.
- Emailing information to prospective students.
- Processing applications for enrolment.
- Taking enquiries over the counter at Inala location.
- Interacting with clients from non-English backgrounds.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
To be considered, you should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous customer service and administration experience.
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Confidence learning and using computer systems (experience with CRM/student management systems advantageous but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Supportive team player approach.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Availability to commence 23rd February 2026 and work between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
The casual hourly rate is $38.90 per hour (plus super) and the role will initially be a 3 month temporary assignment (with possible extension).
