  • It is a requirement that all applicants applying for roles with Top Office Group complete a Pre-Employment Health Declaration. The purpose of this health declaration is to ensure that in considering you for employment opportunities, Top Office Group does not place you in an environment or request you to do tasks that would result in a risk to your safety or further aggravation of a pre-existing injury.
  • Under legislation, you are legally required to disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that could reasonably be expected to be aggravated by performing employment related duties for which you have applied (as detailed in the email that we have sent you and the reference number will need to be quoted below). If you give any wilfully incorrect or misleading answers or material omission you will not be entitled to compensation or damages under the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 for any event that aggravates the non-disclosed pre-existing injury or condition.
  • You are required to disclose all injuries, disease or medical conditions that could be affected by the nature of the work for which you have applied, together with any circumstances regarding your health or capacity to work that could interfere with your ability to perform the requirements of the duies for which you have applied.
