We are urgently seeking a fabrication labourer to assist in the fabrication of aluminum sections for doors and windows. We are seeking an immediate start to work with a highly reputable aluminum extrusion business based in Loganlea.
About the role
This is a workplace focused on safety, training and team culture. You’ll perform tasks such as:
- Using punch machine to slot aluminum
- Packing and strapping long lengths of aluminum (up to 15 kgs) ready for dispatch
- Forklift operation – moving aluminum extruded products around warehouse
The roster
This role is working as part of our temporary team working day and night casual shifts (rotate week on week):
- Day shifts 5am – 5pm
- *Night shifts 5pm – 5am
Rotational Roster — availability required Monday to Sunday. Enjoy 5 back-to-back days off once a month!
*A 15% loading applies to night shifts worked. Penalty rates paid for shifts over 10 hours.

Key skills
- Current forklift licence
- Previous labouring and forklift experience
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Able to work a rotating roster weekly day and night alternating shifts
- Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely.
- Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided)
- Appropriate work wear including steel cap boots, long pants yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts.
- Availability to commence asap at Loganlea.
