  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months with view of extension

We are seeking an experienced Accounts (AR) Administrator for a fast-paced school in Ipswich. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable (entering remittances, following up overdue accounts).
  • Record and apply customer payments, including checks, EFT / DD and credit card payments.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily payment batches with accounting records.
  • Associated accounts administration – payroll processing experience .
  • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate AR aging reports.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Software packages used include – TASS (Education based school management / ERP system).
  • Microsoft Outlook and EXCEL (Intermediate knowledge or above required).
  • Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
