  • Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Branch Coordinator to join a well-established Australian manufacturer with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality products to the food service and food manufacturing industries.

This hands-on role playing a key part in overseeing daily production activities, supporting the team, and ensuring operational targets, documentation accuracy, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support production staff during daily operations and shift activities
  • Set up production lines and ensure production targets and deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate production administration, including batch records, ERP data entry, quality documentation, reporting, and compliance paperwork
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Troubleshoot machinery and production issues, escalating where required
  • Assist with stock control, warehouse administration, receivables, dispatch, inventory movement, and deliveries across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions
  • Support continuous improvement through accurate reporting and data tracking
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of production equipment, containers, and facility areas

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-focused individual with strong administrative capability and attention to detail:

  • Experience in food manufacturing or production environments
  • Leadership or team coordination experience within manufacturing settings
  • Strong administration skills, including production records, compliance documentation, reporting, accurate data entry, and ERP systems such as Odoo
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and meet production targets in fast-paced environments
  • Current forklift licence and manual driver’s licence
  • Strong communication skills with a hands-on, reliable work ethic
