We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Machine Operator to join an established Australian-owned manufacturer based in Richlands. What You Will Do
- Operate fabrication machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, plasma cutters, MIG welders, grinders, drills, and other workshop equipment
- Complete fabrication works on products, components, and equipment to required quality standards
- Inspect materials, complete measurements, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
- Complete production paperwork, machine checks, and basic equipment maintenance
- Identify and report faults, safety concerns, or production issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to achieve production targets
What You Will Need
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar workshop environment
- Experience operating fabrication machinery and tools
- MIG welding and general fabrication skills (highly regarded)
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- $43.75 per hour + superannuation
- Stable working hours with an early finish every Friday:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:20pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
