A permanent full-time opportunity has become available ideal for an entry level Administrator to join an Australian owned manufacturing company that is well recognised for their work designing and fabricating industrial purpose poles (used for everything from stadium lighting to navigation markers, signage and infrastructure projects). For over 20 years, they have been recognised as an innovative market leader.
Operating from modern, purpose-built facilities in Richlands, this position will report to the People and Culture Manager. This is an opportunity to build your administration skills and embark on a career path, supported by mentoring and guidance from skilled professionals.
The focus of this role will include:
- Work alongside the Safety & QA Coordinator to collate and prepare data for monthly safety reporting.
- Maintain QA and WHS registers, records, and documentation.
- Assist with regular workplace inspections, helping identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
- Contribute to the induction process for new employees, ensuring WHS requirements are clearly communicated.
- Support the development, implementation and review of safe work procedures, SWMS and risk assessments.
- Assist with internal and external audits to help maintain compliance with WHS standards and regulations.
- Collate QA and WHS data to support monthly reporting.
- Participate in monthly toolbox meetings within the office and factory environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

This is a permanent full-time role with a company that has built a great team and environment to work in. Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience ($58,000 – $60,000 plus superannuation).
