Proudly Queensland owned and operated, Industry Onsite Testing Pty Ltd (t/a Onsite Testing) specialises in audiometric testing and respirator face-fit testing for industry, supported by complimentary services including noise assessment. Based in Ipswich, our fully equipped mobile units operate throughout South East Queensland, attending client worksites to minimise disruption while delivering efficient, professional services in line with Australian Standards.
We are seeking to recruit a permanent full-time Sales and Service Co-ordinator to support our growth strategy across Queensland. This is a hands-on role combining business development (B2B) with a component of onsite service delivery (audiometric testing and face-fit testing), with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Client Engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion in line with company strategy.
- Foster a customer-first culture focussed on service excellence and retention.
- Develop proposals, quotations and tenders for prospective clients.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Operations and Service Delivery
- Coordinate and schedule client worksite bookings to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Deliver audiometric and respirator face-fit testing at client worksites (full training provided) as required.
Key Skills and Experience
We are seeking commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities. This role will suit a person that enjoys engaging with clients, delivering practical solutions that support safer workplaces and getting out in the field to support operations when needed.
- Proven B2B business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and structured approach to identifying and converting opportunities
- The ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a growing business
Experience working with industries that provide hearing and/or respirator PPE to their workforce will be highly regarded (such as construction, manufacturing, auto/mechanical, agriculture, local government, etc).
A motor vehicle for travel to/from work is included in the salary package. To support service delivery, we seek your confidence towing an 11×6 mobile testing unit to worksites when required (some experience towing a trailer, horse float, small caravan or similar preferred).
