Our client, a well-established and respected automotive service business based in Bundamba, with over 20 years of success, is looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with administrative and accounts responsibilities. A genuine interest in the automotive industry will be highly valued.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage customer bookings and schedule vehicle appointments
- Accurately record and process booking information
- Assist with preparing, entering, and processing invoices
- Assist with end-of-month account reconciliations
- Conduct outbound customer follow-ups as required
- Prepare daily banking and deposits
About You
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software (ideal but not essential – training will be provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in cars or the automotive industry (advantageous)
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
