A permanent full‑time role for a QA Admin Support Officer is now available with a respected Australian‑owned manufacturing company recognised for its expertise in designing and fabricating industrial‑purpose poles for stadiums, marine navigation, public signage and major infrastructure works. For more than 2 decades, they have maintained their position as an industry leader in the market.

Located in our state-of-the-art Richlands facilities, this position reports to the People and Culture Manager and provides a strong foundation for building your administration career. You’ll be supported every step of the way through mentoring and guidance from experienced professionals.

The focus of this role will include:

  • Work alongside the Safety & QA Coordinators to collate and prepare data for monthly safety reporting.
  • Compile TMR prepacks in line with project and customer requirements.
  • Provide structured administrative and compliance support to the Quality Assurance (QA) Co-Ordinator.
  • Maintaining QA registers, records management, and document control will form a large part of the role.
  • Assist with regular workplace inspections, helping identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support the development, implementation and review of safe work procedures and risk assessments.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to help maintain compliance with WHS standards and regulations.
  • Participate in monthly toolbox meetings within the office and factory environment.

To be considered, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ideal for someone that is proactive, shows initiative and has a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing and industrial sector would be desirable (but not essential).
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Confidence learning and using computer systems (including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).
