We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Labourer / HR Driver to join our experienced onsite team based in Richlands.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a mix of local site work and driving, with travel to various project locations across South East Queensland. The role may include occasional regional travel, providing variety and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, driving heavy vehicles, and being part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality installation and construction outcomes. You’ll play an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You Will Do
- Drive and deliver equipment, materials, and components to project sites
- Assist with onsite installation, civil works, and general labouring activities
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Complete excavation, footing preparation, concreting, and installation activities
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, installers, and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current HR Licence (essential)
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Experience in construction, civil works, utilities, or labouring environments (highly regarded)
- Ability to work outdoors and undertake physically demanding tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and obtain additional licences and tickets
What’s In It For You
- Permanent full-time position with an established Australian-owned organisation
- Earn $40.00 – $45.00 per hour + superannuation + overtime, (potential earnings of approximately $80,000 – $90,000 + superannuation per year)
- Early finish every Friday:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:20pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (midday finish)
- Fully paid travel and accommodation if working away from home
- Daily travel allowance of $150 – $160 to cover meals and incidentals while away
- Company-funded training (Over $5000 in value) and support to obtain additional licences and tickets, including:
- HC Licence
- CV (Vehicle Loading Crane) Licence
- Backhoe Competency (RIIMPO319E or similar)
- DG (Dogging) Licence
- LF (Forklift) Licence
