We are urgently seeking skilled Factory Labourers to join a market-leading aluminum extrusion business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly reputable company offering great rates and future opportunities.
Duties Include:
- This is a workplace focused on safety, training and team culture. We’re seeking a factory labourer to operate an aluminum slot punch machine and to pack and prepare long-length aluminum products for dispatch while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. You’ll perform tasks such as:
- Fabrication utilizing slide slot punch machine
- Packing long lengths of aluminum (up to 15kg) into skips or onto bases for dispatch.
- Shrink-wrapping, stock-taking, RF scanning, and quality-checking to ensure profiles match products.
- Assembling materials into square shapes for dispatch and preparing crates.
The Roster:
- Day shifts 5am – 3pm
- *Night shifts 5pm – 3am
15% loading applies night shifts worked. Penalty rates apply for shifts over 10 hours.

- 40 hour week with competitive casual hourly rates: $33.05 (day shift) and $38.00 (night shift), plus overtime opportunities.
- This role will commence as labour hire, however, may lead to progression and a longer-term opportunity in the future.

Key Skills:
- Previous labouring experience.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance
- Able to supply two recent work references
- Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely.
- Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided).
- Appropriate work wear including steel cap boots, long pants yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts.
- Availability to commence asap at Loganlea.
